Responsibilities
•Maximize ROI on a per-user, per-channel basis.
•Aggressively pursue and test new sources of traffic.
•Build and expand relationships with publishers / traffic sources.
•Design algorithms for predicting user LTV and work closely with engineering to implement them.
Requirements
•Humble: you have no problem admitting it when you're wrong
•High school math was easy for you
•Intimately familiar with CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPU, and LTV
• At least 5 years consumer internet experience
•Proactive: you'll take the job description, independently gather information, and act in the best interests of the company with minimal guidance
•High degree of emotional investment in your work
Desired Qualifications
•A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field from a top school is strongly preferred (statistics, engineering, computer science, etc)
•Demonstrated results in a past user acquisition role
•Experience in user acquisition via affiliate marketers, SEM, banners, and partnerships
